Reminders show on the page while a CodexQuota page is open in this browser, and as browser notifications only if you turn them on in Settings. A closed page or a sleeping computer gets no reminder; a calendar file does not depend on this site. Reset alerts are separate.
Each window has its own reserve, initially 5 percentage points. The remaining allowance is divided by the scheduled work time before that window's cutoff. Calendar time is only an allocation weight; it does not imply equal use per minute.
Allocations round down to 0.1 percentage point. Unallocated rounding remainder is shown. Future resets are not spent in advance. Unknown reset times use a planning cutoff you explicitly confirm.
